4. Cargo Handling
Gwenzie Aviation Services is glad to offer cargo handling to the following types of flights (Cargo flights, Military Aircrafts, Civil Aircrafts, Diplomatic Aircrafts, Private Aircrafts)
Any size of cargo flight will be handled without any hassles. With our network of well equipped partners, cargo flights will be turned around within reasonable times according to clients’ expectations.
We work with personnel well experienced to tackle any type of cargo regardless of size and delicateness with no hassles at all and we have confidence that clients’ high standards will be met. Pallets will be offloaded and loaded back onto the aircraft and every one of them accounted for.
5. Charter Services
Gwenzie Aviation Services is available and ready to facilitate and make arrangements for charter service across all airports in Zimbabwe and the SADC Region.
6. Aircraft Re-Fuelling
As an integral part of all flight operations, Gwenzie Aviation will arrange for fuel to be available on request. Whether you require fuel on arrival or departure, we will secure any quantities required to be uplifted. This however dependent on supplier’s ability to avail fuel requested as requested. We however make it a point, where we are given ample time, to secure both JET A1 and AVGAS at all locations. Payment options will be advised upon request.
7. Crew & Passenger Transport
We appreciate varying needs of clients when it comes to transport from VIP passengers to crew members. Safety and comfort is our utmost priority. Through our transport department, we will arrange crew and passengers transfers from the aircraft to the airport terminal. Our ground staff will ensure that airport pickups and drop offs are done as required. We operate a fleet of vehicles to cater for clients’ transport needs from the airport to the hotels and back.
8. Meet & Assist
Airport Meet & Greet Service at Arrivals, available for all travelers be it travelling alone, or with family or on a business trip. We also assist in Transferring between terminals or within the same terminal, we will meet you after the aerobridge to make your journey as smooth as possible.

Catering is available and delivered at some airports in Zimbabwe and there is an option to have this done at all hotels. We will make sure that clients’ requirements are met. Unfortunately some foods may not be available or out of season. We advise for catering orders to be made well in time so as to allow catering companies to gather and prepare all requested foods on time.
